MOSWOC high energy electron forecast for geostationary orbit
Forecaster summary - Issued 2020-07-18T00:06:12
The high energy electron flux (greater than 2MeV) has reached moderate levels at times over the past two days, with slightly elevated solar winds at times. This is expected to continue through this forecast period under weak coronal hole influences, perhaps most likely from day 3 when positive coronal hole 61 is expected in a geoeffective location. However, corresponding integrating fluence values are expected to remain well below the Active (1e8 integrated fluence) threshold.
