MOSWOC high energy electron forecast for geostationary orbit
Forecaster summary - Issued 2020-06-26T00:06:46
The high energy electron flux (greater than 2 MeV) as measured by GOES-16, is expected to be at normal background to moderate levels. With no sources of significant enhancement forecast, the corresponding 24-hour electron fluence is expected to remain well below the Active (1e8 integrated pfu) threshold. This is supported by the REFM forecast and the 27-day recurrence, which both strongly support a low trend.
