MOSWOC high energy electron forecast for geostationary orbit
Forecaster summary - Issued 2020-05-06T00:21:12
The high energy electron flux (greater than 2 MeV) is expected to largely remain at background levels throughout the forecast period, although it may reach moderate levels at times during the diurnal peaks. Corresponding high energy electron fluence values are therefore expected to remain well below the Active (1e8 integrated pfu) threshold, as shown by the Relativistic Electron Forecast Model (REFM).
